Beverage Arrangements – Consumption Basis
All drinks purchased are tallied on one account that is settled at the end of the evening. For groups of twenty or more, we usually suggest that the wine is selected 7 – 10 days prior to the event to ensure that we have sufficient quantities of your selection in stock.
All guests pay for their own drinks when purchased. This can be applied to all drinks, or particular lines eg: spirits.
The cake can be specially prepared for you by our chef, replacing the dessert on your chosen set menu for an extra charge of $3.50 per person (1 tier cake). If you would like to purchase the cake it self, the first tier carries a cost of $200, with the second tier cake adding an extra $100 or third tier an extra $50. Cake options include Orange & Almond, Black Forest. (Custom cakes available on consultation with chef).
BYO cakes for display and cut only, no consumption. Upon request, our staff can cut the cake and pack it in individual boxes (to provide) for the guests.
Floral Arrangements / Linen / Photography
Should you require flower arrangements, linen or photography, we are happy to offer referrals for suppliers that have serviced our wedding clients in the past.

Reception Room Hire
Initial hire (4 hours) – $300.00
Hire per hour (or part thereof) after 4 hours – $120.00

Should your function exceed 4 hours, room hire surcharge of $120.00 per hour applies. Final numbers are required at least 12 hours prior to commencement of your function– your account will be invoiced accordingly. Please inquire for more information.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required when booking . A non-refundable $300.00 booking deposit is required for all private room bookings. Deposit will be deducted from the final account. All accounts to be settled at the end of the functions, otherwise prior arrangement.
Progressive payment of 50% of the total amount needs to be payed 24 hrs before the reception. We accept bank cheque, Visa, MasterCard and eftpos.
Due to increased wage costs on public holidays and Sundays, an additional charge applies for receptions held on these days.
